The movie covers such important beginner topics as kite flying, choosing a launch site, making a safety plan, and pulling downwinders. From there it discusses tuning your kite and board, executing stop and slide transitions, and pulling off heelside and toeside transitions.

This DVD also covers proper kiteboarding stance, edge control, heelside and toeside riding, your first ollies, and how to handle over-powered and underpowered conditions. Finally, they discuss various strategies for riding upwind, controlling your kite and board, and how to selecting the right kite for the right conditions.
