"How do I get free shipping?"

Our "free shipping" promotion will be honored if you place an order for more than $100 of O'Neill gear. Pretty easy, eh?

"What's the catch?"

Not much, really. If the O'Neill brand items in your shopping cart come to a total of $100 or more, and you want them shipped to a location in the continental United States, you're in good shape. Your items will be shipped via UPS Ground, though faster shipping options are available for an additional charge.

"What if my order includes non-O'Neill items?"

If the O'Neill items in your cart add up to $100 or more, and if none of the items are oversized, we'll give you free shipping.

"What items are considered 'oversized'?"

Board bags and large pieces of luggage are oversized and thus cost more to ship. Large booms, large sails and windsurf boards are all oversized as well. O'Neill doesn't make any products that are oversized, so this will only affect you if there are non-O'Neill products in your order.
