What is your return policy?
We here at Big Winds value your business, and we will do whatever we can to make sure you're happy with the products you purchase from us. Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a copy of your sales receipt, for a refund or store credit. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund for any shipping charges incurred. All orders for closeout items are final.
After 30 days, all sales are final.

When sending an item back, please include a copy of your receipt and a brief description of what you would like us to do (issue a credit back your card, exchange the item for another size, etc). Doing this will greatly help us to process your return in a speedy manner!
Can I return used items?
Merchandise that has been used cannot be returned.
Can I return a product that was a special order?
Special order items that Big Winds does not normally stock may be returned soley at the discretion of Big Winds. A restocking fee of 20% may apply.
You guys messed up my order! What should I do?
While we try our very best to be perfect, sometimes mistakes do occur. If you think we messed up, please give us a call at 888-509-4210 or so we can investigate the issue.
If we did indeed make a mistake, we'll do everything we can to make it right for you. If you received the wrong item, or the right item in the wrong size, we'll immediately send you the right one if we have it in stock. We will arrange the return of the incorrect item by having it picked up from you, or by mailing you a shipping label so you can return it at your convenience. We will cover all costs associated with returning the mistaken item and shipping you a replacement.
