The 2008 Starboard Pure Acids are classic wave boards. They are designed for wave riding with precision, and have an aggressive attitude with a sharp, direct feel. The Pure Acids like to be driven with power and speed, and work best in the hands of skilled sailors who ride hard and fast, and carve deep trenches.
These boards are terrific high wind blasters, combining speed, maneuverability and a solid grip in one high-power package. The Pure Acids are available in Technora or Wood construction.
