"How do I get free shipping?"

Our "free shipping" promotion will be honored if you place an order for more than $100 of Dakine gear. Pretty easy, eh?

"What's the catch?"

You will receive free shipping if the Dakine brand items in your shopping cart come to a total of $100 or more, and you are having them shipped to a location in the continental United States. Your items will be shipped via UPS Ground, though faster shipping options are available for an additional charge. Oversized items are not included in this promotion.

"What items are considered 'oversized'?"

All of Dakine's board bags, and their larger pieces of luggage, are considered oversized and thus cost more to ship. The DAKINE Over/Under is not oversized, but the Split Roller and 60/40 Split are considered oversized.

That being said, we're still offering free shipping on Dakine's wide array of backpacks, harnesses, kiteboarding gear and windsurfing accessories. Go wild!

"What if my order includes non-Dakine items?"

If the Dakine items in your cart add up to $100 or more and none of the items (DAKINE or otherwise) are oversized, we'll give you free shipping.

"How can be sure that I'm going to receive free shipping?"

All of our web orders are processed by an intelligent and experienced member of our retail sales team, who knows to look for this sort of thing. If your order qualifies for free shipping, and if you are at all concerned that we might miss this detail, just include a "Free Shipping!" note in the comments box when placing your order. We're pretty smart and reasonable like that.
