How can I get free shipping?
If you are taking advantage of one of our free shipping promotions (common promotions include Dakine or O'Neill orders over $100, or new kites and kiteboards that are not on closeout) then your shipping will be free! Some restrictions apply. Please see our Dakine promotion page, or our O'Neill promotion page, for more information regarding free shipping.
How much will my shipping cost?

What determines your shipping costs?
We are a locally-owned shop that does a modest amount of shipping throughout the year. Given our small size we don't do nearly the volume of larger online companies, and thus pay much higher rates for our shipments. We don't make any money on our shipping costs.
What items are considered oversized?
Shipping charges on oversized items can be unpredictable and costly due to their large size. Examples of oversize items include windsurf boards, board bags, masts, booms, large sails, large directional kiteboards, and combinations of items larger than three cubic feet.
Windsurf boards and items exceeding 130 inches in combined length and girth or 108 inches in length will be shipped by means other than UPS.
How much does it cost to ship a board?
Boards are large items that require special care when shipped. We use only the best freight carriers and their rates are variable and change frequently. We make every effort to find the most economical carrier before shipping your board. Please call us at 888-509-4210 to request a shipping quote.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will normally ship within three working days. If for any reason your order will not ship within three working days you will receive an email explaining the reason for the delay and the estimated shipping date. We ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and Next-Day Air are all available for an additional charge.
Our shop is located in Hood River, Oregon. UPS Ground takes 1-2 working days to reach anywhere in the Pacific Northwest, 3 working days to reach the Western states, 4 working days to the Midwest and 5 working days to the East Coast.
How much does expedited shipping cost?

These rates are based off average-sized items, including wetsuits, harnesses and backpacks. Smaller items (DVDs, rig accessories, etc.) may cost less to expedite, while larger items (booms, board bags, etc.) will cost more to expedite. Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally to Canada, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. We will ship to other international locations on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us so we can put together a quote for you.
We ship to Canada via U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail whenever possible (typically small parcels that weigh less than 4 pounds) and UPS for all other parcels. We also ship to U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses using similar methods.
Why doesn't your website compute shipping automatically?
We find that people, not computers, do a far better job computing a fair shipping cost. All of our web orders are lovingly received, fulfilled and shipped by hand. This ensures that if you buy ten pairs of gloves you will only be charged $8.00 for shipping, not $80.00 or some unreasonable amount like that.
